How to Wash: To ensure lasting quality please wash inside out in cold water, hang to dry preferably or tumble dry on low. Do not use bleach or fabric softener for lasting results. If ironing is needed flip garment inside out and iron.

• FREE local pickup is available in Corning, New York (Choose option at checkout.)

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Please allow 3-5 business days for us to inspect and process your return.
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
• LOFT STYLING SESSIONS: Since styling sessions are completely free to you, returns from loft styling sessions will be a 20% restocking fee and must meet the above guidelines.
• SEZZLE: If you make a return on an item you purchased through sezzle, you will still receive store credit like any other return, and you will still be responsible for making your sezzle payments.
• Limit 15 returns per customer per year. Additional returns will be a 15% restocking fee.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
