• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Please allow 3-5 business days for us to inspect and process your return.
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
• LOFT STYLING SESSIONS: Since styling sessions are completely free to you, returns from loft styling sessions will be a 20% restocking fee and must meet the above guidelines.
• SEZZLE: If you make a return on an item you purchased through sezzle, you will still receive store credit like any other return, and you will still be responsible for making your sezzle payments.
