Return Policy
You may return unworn, unwashed items with tags still in tact for full store credit. Items must be free of odors, stains, pet hair or visible blemishes. Denim must be returned with all 3 tags in tact.
All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order - any return requests after this window will be subject to a restocking fee.
Customer will be responsible for shipping or dropping off their return.
Returns are for store credit only - you will receive store gift card by email.
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to inspect and process your return.
LOFT STYLING SESSIONS: Since styling sessions are completely free to you, returns from loft styling sessions will be a 20% restocking fee and must meet the above guidelines.
SEZZLE: If you make a return on an item you purchased through sezzle, you will still receive store credit like any other return, and you will still be responsible for making your sezzle payments.

Exclusions Apply:
- No returns on any sale, clearance, or flash sale items
- Limit 15 returns per customer per year.
- Additional returns will be a 15% restocking fee.
