All Customs in our Boutique are unisex and Gildan brand unless otherwise stated. There is a sizing chart if you scroll. They run slightly looser than the standard women’s sizing, however if you would like a baggy sweatshirt we recommend sizing up for a more cozy fit.

All designs are hand placed and professionally heat pressed to seal the image to the fabric, therefore there may be a slight difference in positioning of the design than the ones pictured.

To ensure lasting quality please wash inside out in cold water, hang to dry preferably or tumble dry on low. Do not use bleach or fabric softener for lasting results. If ironing is needed flip garment inside out and iron.

Once shipped, Estornes & Boor Boutique is NOT responsible for packages that get delayed by USPS. We try our best to get all packages out in a very timely manner and as quick as possible, but please keep in mind, we unfortunately do not have any control once the package is dropped off at USPS. Due to this, refunds will not be issued.

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Please allow 3-5 business days for us to inspect and process your return.
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
• LOFT STYLING SESSIONS: Since styling sessions are completely free to you, returns from loft styling sessions will be a 20% restocking fee and must meet the above guidelines.
• SEZZLE: If you make a return on an item you purchased through sezzle, you will still receive store credit like any other return, and you will still be responsible for making your sezzle payments.
• Limit 15 returns per customer per year. Additional returns will be a 15% restocking fee.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
