- $5.99 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $175!
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 Business days.
- FREE local pickup is available in Corning, New York (Choose option at checkout.)
Returns & Exchanges:
- Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
- Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
- Please allow 3-5 business days for us to inspect and process your return.
- Returns are eligible for store credit only.
- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
- LOFT STYLING SESSIONS: Since styling sessions are completely free to you, returns from loft styling sessions will be a 20% restocking fee and must meet the above guidelines.
- SEZZLE: If you make a return on an item you purchased through sezzle, you will still receive store credit like any other return, and you will still be responsible for making your sezzle payments.
- Limit 15 returns per customer per year. Additional returns will be a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
