The Lesson Taught Smocked Blouse in Black proves that sometimes the best fashion statements come with a built-in waistline. Crafted from soft jersey knit with plenty of stretch, this peasant-sleeve blouse moves with you, not against you. The square neckline sits elegantly cased in elastic, while matching cased cuffs at the sleeves keep things polished and put-together. The smocked elastic bodice adds texture and shape without requiring you to hold your breath, making this a piece you'll actually want to wear all day.
